We had an amazing weekend in Rexburg. We didn't end up leaving until Saturday because Noah came down with an ear infection. I was glad the doctor was able to get him in Friday morning. He was so miserable. It was really sad. By Saturday he was feeling much better and we got to Idaho Falls around 3:00. We saw Andrew's sister and her family and then we headed to Rexburg. Sunday we were able to watch the Hale's kids so they could go to the morning session of the dedication and then they watched our kids while we went to the afternoon session. Thanks Jen- it worked out great! The temple dedication was even more than I had ever anticipated. The spirit was so strong in the temple. The talks were amazing and the music was beautiful. During the Hosannah Anthem I couldn't even sing because I was crying so hard. Even Andrew was emotional. It was a really powerful experience. After the dedication we were able to shake hands with Elder Nelson. He conducted the meeting because President Monson had to go back to Salt Lake for another engagement. He was so laid back and genuine. He introduced us to "Wendy", his wife. I thought it was funny that he didn't call her Sister Nelson he just said, "This is my wife Wendy." It was one of those moments that feels like you are not really there and it kind of feels like a blur. Elder Bednar and Claudio Costa from the Presidency of the Seventy were also there and gave excellent talks. I learned so much. I just wish I would have brought a little notebook in with me to write down some notes. It was a beautiful day and a wonderful experience that we will never forget! Now we are looking forward to going back and doing some work in the temple.
On Monday we were able to meet with our accountant and get our taxes filed. We are really looking forward to those tax returns!! We went to lunch at Gringos with Jen Hale and her kids. It was really fun. Andrew was a guest speaker at a class on campus and then we were on the road again.
Now we are home and back in the fast lane. Life never seems to slow down. Noah exchanged Valentines at preschool yesterday and has had to show everyone that comes to our house his Valentines! He is so proud. Drew is as wild as ever. That little buddy has more energy than I have ever dreamed of having. Only two more weeks until I take my comps so the studying is becoming more intense. I will be glad when it is all over! I just hope I pass!!! Andrew is really busy at work and has been working six day weeks. We are looking forward to a little Valentines date tomorrow and a weekend at home.

I'm so happy that you got to attend the dedication! I'm a little envious, but so happy that you got to be there. Is Noah's ear infection under control now? Poor guy, that's not fun at all. I'll call you tomorrow, if my brain remembers!
Love,
Sadie
