We just got back from our first camping trip of the season and our first with three kids. We went with our friends the Earlys to a place near Stanley, ID. It was about a four hour drive but it was worth it because it was beautiful and the fishing was great. We even caught our own lunch! The boys loved every minute of it and were definitely in their element.
A few weeks ago we went to Utah to see Glenn Beck at the State Capitol. It was a fundraising event for
George Wythe University, a wonderful liberal arts college in Cedar City, Utah. It was a black tie affair with a fancy dinner and the works. It was great. We love Glenn. He is so passionate and definitely inspired us to take more action in preserving the foundation of our country. In fact, Andrew was inspired to star his own
blog because of it. It was fun to be with our family. I spent the rest of the week in Price and Andrew was able to get some work done and even managed to slip in a fishing trip while we were gone.
