Spring Break

Our spring break was the week after Easter. We enjoyed the week and tried to do something fun every day. We went to the Museum of Ancient Life for their reptile show. The boys loved every minute of it and were not one bit afraid to touch those creepy crawlies. They saw turtles, lizards, and snakes and got to hold a big snake skin. I even mustered the courage to touch the snake!
One day we went to the Living Planet Aquarium. It was our first time being there and the boys loved it. The exhibits were great and I could not keep them away from the string rays! They thought it was so cool to be able to touch them as they swam by. All I could think about was Steve Erwin and that kept me far away! Can you tell I'm a little paranoid?!Another day we went downtown and had lunch with Andrew at the Gateway. Afterwards we went to the fountain and, despite the chilly temperatures, the boys got drenched. We found a park and played for a while and then later on we hooked up with Andrew again and went to the Church History Muesum. They have a great exhibit just for children and the boys loved it. We ended the night with a Spaghetti dinner at JB's! It was a great week and a great break from the normal routine. We are so happy to be back in Utah enjoying all there is for families.
